Help us push the boundaries of what's possible with AI in recruitment. You'll work on our conversation intelligence and revenue prediction models.

Wat je gaat doen

• Develop and improve our NLP models for conversation analysis
• Build ML pipelines for placement prediction and revenue forecasting
• Research and implement state-of-the-art AI techniques
• Collaborate with engineers to deploy models to production
• Analyze data to find insights and opportunities for AI improvements

Wat we zoeken

• 3+ years experience in machine learning or AI
• Strong Python skills and experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Experience with NLP and transformer models
• Understanding of MLOps and model deployment
• PhD or MSc in Computer Science, AI, or related field preferred
