Full-Stack Developer
Engineering
Join our engineering team to build the future of AI-powered recruitment. You'll work on our core platform, developing features that help recruiters work smarter.
What you'll do
- Design and implement new features across our React frontend and Node.js backend
- Collaborate with product and design to create intuitive user experiences
- Write clean, maintainable code with comprehensive tests
What we're looking for
- 3+ years experience with React and TypeScript
- Experience with Node.js and PostgreSQL
- Strong understanding of web technologies and APIs
AI Engineer
AI & ML
Help us push the boundaries of what's possible with AI in recruitment. You'll work on our conversation intelligence and revenue prediction models.
What you'll do
- Develop and improve our NLP models for conversation analysis
- Build ML pipelines for placement prediction and revenue forecasting
- Research and implement state-of-the-art AI techniques
What we're looking for
- 3+ years experience in machine learning or AI
- Strong Python skills and experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Experience with NLP and transformer models
Business Development Manager
Sales
Drive our growth by building relationships with recruitment agencies and enterprises. You'll be at the forefront of bringing hyre to the market.
What you'll do
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the recruitment industry
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
- Lead sales presentations and product demonstrations
What we're looking for
- 3+ years experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or HR tech
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Strong network in the recruitment industry is a plus
