Introduce an agency. Earn for two years.
Know a recruitment agency drowning in admin, loose tools or an ATS nobody searches anymore? Introduce us. You receive 20% of everything they pay for Hyre, for up to 24 months.
of the subscription the client pays
for as long as the client pays, up to two years
Three steps, and we do the selling
You refer an agency
Write an intro email with Luc ([email protected]) in cc, or have the agency book a call directly. Your referral is valid for 90 days.
We run the demo and pilot
Luc schedules the demo and guides the pilot, including implementation. The pilot is our work and our investment. You don't have to sell anything.
Annual contract: you earn
After the pilot we sign a contract, usually for a year. From then on you receive 20% of every payment, for up to 24 months.
What is an introduction worth?
Pick the number of users, the contract and how long the client stays. You earn on what the client actually pays, up to 24 months.
- Per payout
- €3,120
- Number of payouts
- 2
- Months with commission
- 24
The client has an annual contract and stays 24 months. You receive 20% for every month, paid annually in 2 payouts.
Three real-world scenarios
| Scenario | Client pays | You receive | Rhythm | Total |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Boutique agency, 10 recruiters, two annual contracts | €15,600 per year | €3,120 per year | 2 payouts | €6,240 |
| Staffing firm, 20 recruiters, quarterly, stays 2 years | €8,400 per quarter | €1,680 per quarter | 8 payouts | €13,440 |
| Small agency, 5 recruiters, monthly, stops after 7 months | €750 per month | €150 per month | 3 payouts (quarterly) | €1,050 |
You don't need to sell. You need to know the right people.
Hyre clients
You know what it delivers and can show it. Prefer a discount on your own invoice? That works too.
Rec2rec and interim
You talk to agency owners and managers every day.
ATS and HR tech advisors
You help agencies choose. Hyre runs on their current ATS, so no migration.
Recruiters and former recruiters
You know which agencies are struggling.
The small print, in plain language
Art. 1What counts as a valid referral
- A recruitment, staffing or temp agency Hyre had no active contact with in the 6 months before your referral.
- You refer the agency before the first demo, via an intro email with [email protected] in cc, or by the agency booking a call itself and mentioning your name.
- A referral is valid for 90 days. If a demo happens within that time, it stays valid until 6 months after that demo.
- Several people refer the same agency? The first valid referral counts.
Art. 2What you earn commission on
- 20% of the subscription amount the client pays, excluding VAT.
- Including users the client adds within the 24 months.
- The pilot is for Hyre: no commission on the pilot fee or implementation. Nor on pass-through costs such as enrichment credits or extra call minutes.
- Your commission starts with the contract signed after the pilot, usually an annual contract. The 24 months run from the first invoice of that contract.
Art. 3When you get paid
- Monthly and quarterly contracts are paid out quarterly, annual contracts annually.
- You receive the commission within 30 days after the client has paid. No payment from the client means no commission (yet).
- Amounts under €50 roll over to the next payout.
Art. 4If the client stops or gets a refund
- If the client stops, your commission stops. A monthly contract that ends after 7 months earns you 7 months of commission.
- This applies to every contract: you earn commission for the months the client stays. If a client on an annual contract stops after 7 months, you earn commission for those 7 months.
- If the client gets a refund or credit note, we deduct your share from your next payout.
Art. 5Invoicing and tax
- Business (sole trader or company): you send us an invoice, with VAT if you are VAT-registered.
- Private individual (Netherlands): we pay without an invoice and report the amount to the Dutch Tax Administration. We need your name, address, date of birth and citizen service number (BSN). You declare it in your tax return.
- Employed at an agency and want to receive commission yourself? Check that your employer allows it.
Art. 6House rules
- Only share details of people who agree to be contacted by us (GDPR).
- No spam, no paid ads on the Hyre name, and no promises on Hyre's behalf about prices or features.
- Referring yourself or your own company doesn't count. Hyre employees can't take part.
- You are not a Hyre representative and can't sign contracts on our behalf.
Art. 7Changes and termination
- Hyre can change or end the program with 30 days' notice.
- Commission on clients who already signed continues under the terms in place when they signed.
- Misuse or breaking the house rules voids any outstanding commission.
Good to know
What kind of agency fits Hyre?
Recruitment, staffing and temp agencies with at least 5 recruiters. Hyre runs on top of the ATS they already have, such as Bullhorn, Carerix, OTYS, Recruit CRM, Loxo or Vincere.
Do I need to give a demo?
No. A warm introduction is enough. You're welcome to join the demo. Sharing your own experience often helps most.
How do I know how it's going?
We update you at every step: demo scheduled, pilot started, contract signed and every payout.
What about the pilot?
Every agency starts with a pilot. That one is ours: we invest in implementation and guidance. Your referral stays valid throughout. As soon as the agency signs a contract afterwards, usually for a year, your counter starts.
Is there a limit on the number of agencies?
No. Every agency that becomes a client earns you up to 24 months of commission.
I'm a client myself. Can I get a discount instead?
Yes. Instead of a payout, you can have the commission credited to your own Hyre invoice.
Know an agency that needs this?
Write an intro email with Luc ([email protected]) in cc, or email us the agency name, the contact person and one line on why it fits. Does the agency want to talk right away? They can book a call directly. We keep you posted at every step.
Amounts exclude VAT and are based on current prices of €150 per user per month on a monthly contract, €140 on a quarterly contract and €130 on an annual contract. No rights can be derived from the calculator.
